1. How can I have my gift matched if my company does not use forms?

Many companies are moving towards having their employees register their gifts via their company intranet. If you are not sure how to have your gifts matched, see your human resource person or the matching gift administrator.

2. Will my company match my spouse's gift to the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter?

Some companies do match gifts made by spouses of active employees. See your human resource person or matching gift coordinator for specific details of your company's matching gift program.

3. What if I am retired? Will my former company match my gift?

Some companies do match gifts of retired employees.  See the human resource person or matching gift coordinator for specific details of the company's matching gift program.

4. What if I already sent in my gift to the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter? Will my company still match it?

Some companies will give you at least three months from the date you made your gift for you to request to have your gift matched. Obtain a matching gift form, complete it and forward to the Chapter or register your gift through your company's intranet web site. See your human resource person or matching gift coordinator for specific details of your company's matching gift program.

5. What if I do not see my company on the list?

Just because you do not see your company on the list does not mean it does not have an employee matching gift program.  Contact your company's human resource department to see if they provide this benefit.
